Dharma Associates Cancellation and Refund Policy
Purpose - The purpose of this policy is to provide guidelines and establish procedures for all cancellations, refunds and returns that take place as a result of Dharma Associates services, programming and events.
Objective - To ensure that services or workshop cancellations, refund requests, and returns are reviewed appropriately and applied consistently throughout.
Scope - This policy applies to all who engage in Dharma Associates services, programming and events. Amendments to this document may be made, when required, by the Executive Director.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee of $50.

Cancellations made via website booking sooner in less than 48 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.
